CONDITIONS OF SALE
Reservation becomes effective upon payment ofa 25% deposit.
These amounts are to be paid by cheque or by bank transfer (please contact us).
BOND
A € 1,000 deposit (by cheque which will not be cashed) will be requested on arrival. Any breakage or damage will be deducted from this bondas well as cleaning fees if the rental has not been returned in a good condition. Otherwise, the bond will be returned after inspection within 15 days from the date of departure.
TOURIST TAX
A municipality tourist tax, not included in the price, is applicable. The amount depends on the classification of the host. It is payable on arrival to the host.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation total or partial, the 25% deposit will remain earned to the host regardless of the cancellation period.
In case of cancellation less than 21 days before the first day of the rental, the balance will be claimed.
In case of a stay cut short by the customer, there will be refund by the host who reserves his right to consider that a tenant does not proceed to his/her reservation if he has not occupied the premises rented within 48 hours from the expected date of arrival or if he did inform the host of his/her late arrival within the same period; this de delay, will not be under any circumstances, deducted from the amount of rent Any departure later than the time indicated by the host, will result in an extra day to be charged.
OBLIGATIONS
The customer shall comply, as a tenant of the premises, with the following conditions:
This is a non-smoking cabin, it is provided for a capacity of 8 people. The tenant may under no circumstances, transfer the accommodation without prior approval of the owner.
INSURANCE
We advise the tenant to take out a cancellation insurance with their insurer.
The tenant will be required to get covered and provide a proof of coverage for damage of any type which he may be held liable for, from their authorized insurance company.
DISPUTE
The Court of Bonneville shall be the only jurisdiction competent for any litigation or dispute.
